FEEDS Project

The Food Equity and Environmental Data Sovereignty (FEEDS) Project aims to develop and implement a sustainable digital platform for real-time decision-making to mitigate adverse climate change-related impacts on human health. This community trial takes a participatory action, citizen science approach to enable early detection and warning of climate change impacts on food security and mental health.

We are currently working with community partners in rural, remote, and urban jurisdictions interested in adapting FEEDS for their needs.

This project contributes to the following Sustainable Development Goals:

  • SDG 2 (Zero hunger)

  • SDG 3 (Good health & wellbeing)

  • SDG 10 (Reduced inequalities)

  • SDG 13 (Climate action)
